Sunday Winter Hat League - FLEXIBLE PRICING - (Payment selection is PRIVATE)
A minimum 50% deposit due at the time of registration; the remainder is due by Jan 3.
Registration is initially capped at 24 open-matching players and 24 women-matching players. Players are highly encouraged to add themselves to the waitlist as we have capacity for more players, and will add players in groups from the waitlist.
PLEASE NOTE:
EMT payments are processed by HUC volunteers. We cannot guarantee immediate processing of any EMT payments. Players wishing to guarantee their place are encouraged to pay via PayPal.
Registration Type: Individual registration only, no team-based registrations.
*To assist with childcare and carpool requests to play with one other person can be made during the registration process. All players must request each other. Unmatched requests will be deleted.
Location: Legacy Centre 1185 Stone Church Road East, Hamilton L8W 2C6
Time: 3:00pm - 6:00pm (divided into different time slots - teams will be scheduled to play at any time in this window)
Start/End: January 5 - April 13 (no games on Feb 16 of Mar 16)
Format/Ratio: TBD Ideally 6v6/3W:3O SPEEDPOINT, but may be modified to suit registration, keeping equitable play as a priority.
